the breakfast was acceptable, offering a decent start to the day.
I found the room service quite slow. It took nearly an hour to get a simple sandwich. additionally, the promised wake-up call never came, causing a slight morning panic. perhaps the staff should improve their time management and communication skills.

the bed was comfortable. the room included a functional desk and chair. the shower had great water pressure! i thought the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, from cereals to hot items.
The tv remote had some issues with responsiveness. I needed to press buttons multiple times

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I appreciated that SO MUCH!!! The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

The restaurant space featured ample lighting and comfortable spacing between tables. My son enjoyed the pool table. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and was well-stocked.
THE ac fan dripped water. This made sleeping difficult.
